Manasseh Nyarko

Manasseh Nyarko is the Chief Executive Officer of Premier Source Limited, where he leads with a strong commitment to people-centered and purpose-driven leadership. Guided by his firm belief in the holistic development of individuals and the nation at large, he continues to champion initiatives that promote human capital growth and sustainable development within Ghana’s construction and procurement sectors.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, Manasseh brings a wealth of technical expertise, strategic insight, and entrepreneurial drive to his leadership role. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Technology and a Master of Science degree in Procurement Management, both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), blending technical depth with strong managerial and sourcing proficiency.

Manasseh began his professional journey in 2009 with David Walter Limited, where he held key positions including Quantity Surveyor and Construction Manager. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to the successful execution of landmark projects such as the Shea Butter Processing Factory in Buipe, The Golden Bean Hotel in Kumasi, multiple Access Bank and Standard Chartered Bank branches, and various ECG substations across the country.

Leveraging this vast experience, Manasseh ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Premier Source Limited in 2020. Under his leadership, the company has successfully undertaken major projects, notably for the University of Ghana and other prestigious institutions. Prior to this, he partnered with Glasel Limited, a renowned construction firm, contributing to the successful completion of the Medifem Specialist Hospital in Accra and other large-scale developments.

An expert in global sourcing of goods for the built environment, Manasseh has established a reputation for efficiency, integrity, and innovation in procurement and project delivery. His strategic vision continues to position Premier Source Limited as a trusted leader in Ghana’s evolving construction landscape.
